What is GraniteCrete™?

Is GraniteCrete™ strong enough for my driveway?
Yes. If installed as per our Specifications Guide, GraniteCrete™ makes a beautiful driveway.
Will GraniteCrete™ crack?

Periodic maintenance as with any flatwork is recommended.Click here to view our GraniteCrete™ Maintenance and Repair Sheet.

No. GraniteCrete™ works best in moderate climates – where there is no concern with prolonged freezing temperatures.

Is GraniteCrete™ all natural?
Yes. GraniteCrete™ contains no oils, resins, polymers, or enzymes and is manufactured from pre-consumer recycled mining by-product.
Will GraniteCrete's color fade?
The color might fade ever so slightly. Even though GraniteCrete™ maintains its color for years under harsh erosion, like any other natural aggregate path, the local soils and dust matter around GraniteCrete tend to mix evenly with the top surface resulting in a natural color blending. Of course, GraniteCrete’™s color can be optimized by regular maintenance to keep the path free from natural soils and dust.
Do I have to worry about weed growth cracking GraniteCrete™?
No. Even though GraniteCrete is permeable, it does not allow weeds to grow through.
Is GraniteCrete™ difficult to remove?
No. A simple pick-axe will serve to break GraniteCrete into removable clumps. For that reason, GraniteCrete™ is an ideal product for use over water or other service lines that may need future attention.
What colors does GraniteCrete™ come in?
GraniteCrete™ comes in five colors: Natural Gold, Desert Sand, Sonora Adobe, Ash Grey, and Carmel Coast.. Custom colors and color matching can be provided at an additional cost.
Will GraniteCrete™ wear?
Yes, but very minimally if installed properly.
What is the maximum slope percentage GraniteCrete™ can be installed at?
